About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support
- Overseeing invoices and purchases
- Responding to emails and enquiries
- Assisting with quotes and project support
- Completing inductions and OH&S paperwork
- Being on call to address urgent operational needs
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in in same or similar role in the trades industry
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- An understanding of invoicing and purchase order processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in XERO and Tradeify (desirable)
