About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on matters such as divorce, child custody, and property settlements
- Drafting legal documents including petitions, agreements, and affidavits
- Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings
- Conducting thorough research to support legal strategies
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
The successful candidate will have
- A minimum of 3 years experience in family law post qualification
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a valid practising certificate
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using software LEAP
