About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Accounts Officer to join our team. This role is crucial for managing the financial operations related to reimbursements and supplier payments. Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing reimbursement requests and managing supplier payment requests via an Outlook inbox.
• Collaborating with team members to streamline financial processes.
• Conducting manual data entry into MYOB with high accuracy.
• Maintaining organised records and ensuring timely payments.
• Assisting with any other financial tasks as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively within the team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software is preferred.

You will also have:

• A willingness to travel to our Brookvale office, as this is an on-site position.
• The capability to handle manual tasks with a strong focus on accuracy.
