About The Opportunity
As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse range of personal injury matters. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a variety of personal injury claims, including CTP and Workers Compensation
- Work closely with the firm's Managing Partner and Senior Associate
- Collaborate with a supportive and vibrant team to deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Provide exceptional legal advice and representation while building strong client relationships
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2–4 years of experience handling CTP, Workers Compensation, and Common Law claims
- A client-focused and commercially savvy approach to your work
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, experts, and stakeholders
- Confidence in managing client interactions and providing sound legal advice
- Strong organisational abilities to handle a demanding workload and meet deadlines
- A passion for clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
You will also have:
- A proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
- The ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs
- A commitment to continuous professional development in personal injury law
