About The Opportunity

This is more than just a role—it’s a chance to step up into a Client Manager position or expand and grow your existing management and leadership skills. You’ll play a key part in shaping client relationships and driving business success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Business Advisory services, including cash flows, budgeting, and tax planning
• Managing a diverse client base and building strong, trusted relationships
• Preparing & reviewing Income Tax Returns and BAS
• Preparing & reviewing Year-end and Management Financial Statements
• Reviewing Self-Managed Superannuation Funds
• Mentoring and assisting junior staff to develop their skills

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
• CPA/CA qualification completed or currently in progress
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
