About The Opportunity

As the Store Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a small team, providing guidance and support 
• Coordinating transport arrangements for outbound goods
• Managing daily stores operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Picking, packing, and processing orders accurately and timely to meet delivery deadlines
• Overseeing stocktakes and carrying out administrative duties using our inventory management software

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A forklift license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same or similar role
• Proficiency in inventory management and stock control
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Computer literacy, particularly with inventory management software and reporting tools
