About The Opportunity
They are seeking a full-time Internal Salesperson to join their dedicated sales team in Brisbane. In this role, you will engage with their existing customer base, ensuring they receive outstanding service across our extensive product range. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service and handling enquiries via phone, email, online, and in-person.
- Communicating effectively with customers to provide important product information, order updates, and stock availability.
- Processing customer orders, backorders, and quote requests accurately and on time.
- Collaborating with our external sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Self-managing your learning to understand customer needs, develop product knowledge, and provide feedback for improvement.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the marine or RV industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in telephone interactions.
- Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office suite products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence in various situations.
You will also have a passion for the marine or outdoor lifestyle, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
