About The Opportunity
As an Injury Management Strategist, you will play a crucial role in our multidisciplinary team. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Attending medical conferences to stay updated on industry developments.
- Thinking creatively to enhance processes and improve outcomes for clients.
- Providing support and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Utilising your clinical experience to identify gaps in physical or psychological properties affecting clients.
- Engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and driving them towards effective resolutions.
- Conducting thorough assessments in workers' compensation and CTP claims, with occasional involvement in NDIS cases.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- APRA Registered accreditation.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- A qualification in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an allied health multidisciplinary role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to grow and adapt within the organisation.
