About The Opportunity

Are you a skilled Service Technician looking for an exciting new role? In this position, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing a wide range of catering equipment, ensuring seamless operation for valued clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping accurate records of services and repairs
  • Participating in after-hours service calls when necessary
  • Assisting in the installation of new equipment as required
  • Diagnosing malfunctions and providing timely, effective solutions
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on catering equipment
  • Responding to service calls and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Providing client training and support on equipment operation and maintenance

About You

You are a dedicated and proactive professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional service. To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • In-depth technical knowledge of catering equipment
  • A valid restricted electrical licence and/or gas fitters licence
  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the service area
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
