About The Opportunity
As a Client Services Administrator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the first point of contact for reception and general administration tasks
- Complete corporate entity setups, tax, and business name registrations.
- Facilitate client onboarding processes and handle lost client procedures.
- Prepare finance documents and send quarterly PAYG installment notices.
- Oversee administrative duties including document management and office maintenance.
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong administrative skills in the finance industry
- Experience in handling client communications and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient knowledge of software such as Xero XPM, Now Infinity, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
