• Issuing invoices to customers for workshop repair jobs
• Managing phone inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Preparing accurate estimates for part supply or vehicle repairs
• Collaborating with mechanics to ensure the correct parts are ordered for repairs
• Placing orders and receipting parts for stock while keeping customers informed about their orders and vehicle statuses

About You

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 1+ years experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter 
• A genuine passion for vehicles and a keen interest in automotive technology
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to assess customer needs
