About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and support field technicians while transitioning from hands-on electrical work into a supervisory and management-focused role.
Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example as a hands-on supervisor within the field
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing team members
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Coordinating and overseeing service delivery operations
- Utilising digital systems and technology for reporting and workflow management
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Proven experience as a leading-hand electrician
- Demonstrated leadership capability and a hands-on approach
- Strong customer focus and desire to progress into management
- Ability to mentor and support team development
- Confidence using digital systems and technology
- Understanding of the importance of leading from the front
