About The Opportunity

This role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions while maintaining a professional and organised workspace.

Reporting directly to the Governor General, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and managing data in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Handling office supplies, invoices, and local purchases.
  • Managing calls, emails, and mail efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and overseeing regular schedules.
  • Assisting with travel bookings and accommodation arrangements.
  • Conducting research and supporting general office administration.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanour.
  • Experience in office management or administrative support.
  • A relevant degree or certification in Business Administration or Office Management (preferred).
