About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with general administration duties including answering phones, data entry and emails
- Improve procedures, update the procedures manual and the website as required
- Meet and greet customers in the showroom
- Process order and manage stock inventory
- Providing exceptional customer service
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience in the same or similar role
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- A proactive attitude & excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable with an enthusiastic approach to learning new processes
