About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist with general administration duties including answering phones, data entry and emails
  • Improve procedures, update the procedures manual and the website as required
  • Meet and greet customers in the showroom
  • Process order and manage stock inventory
  • Providing exceptional customer service

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in the same or similar role 
  • Great verbal & written communication skills
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • A proactive attitude & excellent problem-solving skills
  • Reliable with an enthusiastic approach to learning new processes
