About The Opportunity

The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our client's day-to-day operations and and fostering a positive team culture.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support, including answering phones and managing office tasks
  • Supporting the sales team with quoting, licensing renewals, and adjustments
  • Assisting in organising internal events and team building activities
  • Timely data entry of receipts and supplier/vendor invoices
  • Reviewing expense claims, verifying coding, and obtaining management approval
  • Assisting with communications to suppliers, customers, and third-party providers
  • Creating and sending various invoices, including monthly services and product invoices
  • Reconciling bank statements within the accounting system
  • Coordinating procurement processes with the technical/sales team, including creating purchase orders and tracking order status
  • Processing goods/products received and ensuring readiness for invoicing

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • A solid understanding of general accounting/bookkeeping procedures
  • Experience with Xero software for reconciling bills and processing invoices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for fostering positive team culture
  • Experience in organising internal events and team building activities

  • Analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Proactive work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and support team goals
