About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and timeliness
  • Overseeing debt collection efforts while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Handling inbound and outbound correspondence efficiently and professionally
  • Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a point of contact for client inquiries

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in administration or service coordination roles
  • Industry experience in security or service-based sectors
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

You will also have:

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in financial transactions and data entry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet deadlines
