About The Opportunity
This is a 13-month maternity leave contract (April 2025 – May 2026) for an experienced Finance Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to lead the finance function, ensuring accuracy in financial data, mitigating risks, and providing financial insights to drive profitability and informed decision-making.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- BAS, IAS, payroll tax, and supplier panel reporting.
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and credit approvals.
- Leadership, team meetings, and business improvement initiatives.
- System optimisation, ERP coordination, and process documentation.
- Payroll processing, employee record management, and administrative HR tasks.
- Accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, staff reimbursements, and asset management.
- EOM closeout, cash flow forecasting, management reporting, and job profitability management.
About You
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Integrity, loyalty, and a team-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MYOB and MS Dynamics Business Central.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication abilities.
- Strong business acumen, including driving profitability improvements.
- Proven success in Finance Manager roles within manufacturing or project-based environments.
