About The Company

This role is based at their Bundaberg facility, an advanced dehusking and sorting operation that processes macadamia nuts from company farms and local growers. About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and manage the quality sampling process, ensuring accurate assessment and processing of macadamia shipments. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle logistical challenges efficiently.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting quality sampling and following strict procedures to ensure accurate assessment.
• Coordinating logistics and managing multiple truck arrivals along with the associated paperwork simultaneously.
• Communicating consistently with internal and external stakeholders, including the Area Manager, General Manager, factory manager, truck drivers, and other key personnel.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational challenges proactively.
• A strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and identify errors.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle high-paced environments with accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• A team player mentality with a collaborative approach to working with different departments and personnel.
• A minimum of two years of experience in logistical coordination, preferably in an agricultural or farm setting.
