About The Opportunity

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and promoting premium coffee products. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to understand their coffee preferences and recommend products
• Assisting in the daily operations of the retail space, including inventory management
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participating in promotional activities and product tastings

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the food and beverage sector
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different blends and brewing techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate part-time shifts
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
