About The Opportunity
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting their team and ensuring the smooth operation of their services. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Scheduling pest control services and coordinating efficiently with technicians.
- Providing backup support to the team and ensuring accurate email verification.
- Handling inbound sales calls and inquiries, providing information on pricing and services.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through phone and email communication.
- Maintaining organised filing systems in OneDrive with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Outstanding communication skills and inbound phone sales experience.
- Experience in customer service and sales, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail, ensuring efficiency in filing and problem-solving.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with excellent document management skills.
- Reliability, professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to take feedback constructively.
