They provide a range of mortgage solutions including refinancing, property investment purchasing, construction loans, and self-managed super fund loans.

About The Opportunity

As a Loans Processor, you will be responsible for various key tasks that ensure the smooth processing of loan applications. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Interest rate pricing and upfront valuations.
• Scanning and filing documents accurately.
• Handling post-settlement duties as required.
• Completing servicing calculators for multiple lenders.
• Document requests and preparation, including verification of living expenses.
• Generating loan applications, required compliance documents, and online application forms.
• Following up with lenders, clients, and solicitors to ensure timely processing.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience within the mortgage industry.
• A solid understanding of a variety of lender policies and products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Flex Software and Broker Engine
• Clear and effective communication skills, both in person and via phone and email.
