About The Opportunity
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client enquiries in a positive and professional manner
- Assisting with order entry, quotes and various administrative tasks
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Handling inbound calls related to products, orders, quotes, tracking, and queries
- Training customers to access key information from the website
- Proactively engaging in building loyal customers through a customer-focused culture
- Managing customer service cases, including lead management, order fulfilment, dispatch, and after-sales support
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of customer service and administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
You will also have:
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
