About The Opportunity
As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the Property Management Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of 150 to 180 properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Implementing lease and property management processes, including client relations and legal compliance.
- Conducting regular property inspections and addressing any maintenance or tenant issues promptly.
- Maintaining effective communication with property owners and renters to foster satisfaction and retention.
- Preparing comprehensive reports on leasing and property matters, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Developing standard leases and policies across various asset classes.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, pref in besidential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial leases legislation and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using property management software, databases, and other relevant technology
- A relevant qualification in Property Services (Real Estate) or a closely related field.
- Experience in a multicultural team environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- The capacity to analyse complex property issues and understand the economic environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, would be considered advantageous
