About The Opportunity
This full-time, in-office role is designed for a customer-oriented professional with transport or logistics experience. You'll be an essential point of contact for clients and partners, delivering high-level service and coordination across multiple communication channels.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues with a solution-first mindset
- Maintaining accurate delivery data using Excel and Google Sheets
- Liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Managing customer and partner enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing detailed freight quotes and pricing documentation
- Coordinating delivery follow-ups and freight status updates
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Prior experience in the transport sector, or exposure through roles such as carrier liaison, broker, or despatch
- High-level computer literacy, especially with Excel and Google Sheets
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality customer service
- A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy in working with numbers and freight costings
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
