About The Opportunity

This full-time, in-office position presents a unique opportunity for a driven and client-focused transport professional to contribute to a thriving organisation. As a key liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams, you will deliver high-quality service and operational coordination across multiple platforms.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to enquiries from customers and logistics partners via phone and email
  • Coordinating communications between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Resolving delivery issues with speed and a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Maintaining and updating delivery records using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Preparing accurate freight quotes and pricing documentation
  • Overseeing delivery tracking and status follow-ups

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous experience in the transport industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence working with numbers and freight costings
