About the Opportunity
As an Automotive Technician, you’ll work directly under the Owner/Workshop Manager, servicing a wide range of vehicles including passenger cars and 4WDs. You’ll take pride in delivering quality outcomes with efficiency and care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with team members to achieve shared outcomes
- Conducting advanced fault diagnostics using state-of-the-art tools
- Managing air-conditioning repairs (training provided if unlicensed)
- Completing brake, oil, and diagnostic checks to a high standard
- Clearly communicating with both clients and team members
- Performing routine servicing and general mechanical work
- Maintaining a tidy, efficient, and professional workspace
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a professional workshop environment and takes pride in high-quality work. We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in diagnostics and confident in a fast-paced mechanical setting
- Trade qualified with a strong foundation in general automotive servicing
- Holding an automotive air-conditioning licence (preferred, not essential)
- A proactive, reliable team player who is always willing to help out
- In possession of a current Australian driver’s licence (essential)
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and dedicated to excellence
3rd or 4th-year apprentices with a strong work ethic and a passion for the trade are encouraged to apply—you’ll be backed by the right support to take your skills to the next level.
