About the Opportunity
In this key position you will provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for existing and potential new clients. With a focus on establishing and building rapport, your primary objective is creating client loyalty and providing exceptional customer service.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Establish and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Build internal relationships with the team of sustainability consultants and managers
- Manage workflow and project allocation, ensuring jobs are competed on time and within budget
- Coordinate workflow meetings to ensure timeframes are met and communicated to clients
- Demonstrate accuracy, enthusiasm and ownership of keeping up to date project tracking software tools
- Resolve any issues with can do attitude and create a warm, fun and friendly office environment
- Support the Operations Manager to organise social events and celebrations
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledgeable in sales administration processes
- Skills using various technology platforms, including MS Office, particularly SharePoint, Teams, & Outlook
- Strong email management skills and the ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in project management tools and/or AI automation (desirable)
You will also have:
- A friendly, confident and articulate communicator in both written and verbal formats
- The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, collaborative team player who contributes to the culture and goals of the organisation
- Passion about sustainability, familiar with architectural plans and terminologies, or a keen willingness to learn
