About The Opportunity

As a Leading Hand Carpenter, you will play a vital role in the execution of various residential projects, including new homes, renovations, additions, and extensions. Your experience will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

  • Oversee and execute high-end residential projects from start to finish
  • Read and construct directly from off-the-plan construction drawings
  • Ensure excellent service quality and client satisfaction throughout each project
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with OHS policies
  • Lead and mentor junior carpenters, fostering a collaborative and efficient team atmosphere

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Carpentry qualification
  • Proven experience in residential construction, particularly with architectural/residential projects and alterations
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Commitment to sustainable building practices and attention to detail
  • A current driver's license and white card
  • Your own vehicle and a full set of tools
