About The Opportunity
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 110 properties.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants
- Organise and coordinate property maintenance and inspections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Ensure high levels of customer service are provided
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Property Manager
- A current Property Management or Real Estate Registration
- Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
