About The Opportunity

As the Project & Maintenance Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of projects and maintenance activities. This role involves:

  • Management of daily activities of contractors, including rosters and after-hours support.
  • Coordinating project activities, people, resources, and information to drive project success.
  • Addressing industrial service requests and maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
  • Liaising with clients and internal departments to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment performance.
  • Monitoring equipment performance and implementing maintenance strategies to prevent disruptions.
  • Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and tools for timely procurement.
  • Documenting maintenance activities accurately using computerised management systems.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A valid A-grade electrical license.
  • Demonstrated experience in project and maintenance coordination in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and automation processes.
  • Proficient leadership and team management abilities to inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with negotiating skills.
  • Experience in scheduling and planning within a maintenance role.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop preventative maintenance systems.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and Australian codes.

You will also have a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to safety and compliance, ensuring all operations align with industry standards.
