About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our client's network operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing troubleshooting assistance via phone and email
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of software and hardware
- Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and networks
- Documenting support requests and resolutions
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in an ICT Help Desk or similar role
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and SQL
- Knowledge of Linux and container technologies
- Relevant tertiary IT qualifications or industry certifications
