About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our client's network operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and providing troubleshooting assistance via phone and email
  • Assisting with the installation and configuration of software and hardware
  • Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and networks
  • Documenting support requests and resolutions
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in an ICT Help Desk or similar role
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and SQL
  • Knowledge of Linux and container technologies
  • Relevant tertiary IT qualifications or industry certifications
