About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver outbound orders and support warehouse operations in a 50/50 delivery and storeperson role. It’s a varied and physical role, where some days you’ll be on the road for up to 12 hours, and others will see you supporting internal logistics and inventory tasks on site.

Reporting directly to the Logistics Leading Hand, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and delivering customer orders safely and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with OHS, NHVR, and transport authority regulations
• Planning routes and managing delivery timing with a strong customer focus
• Assisting with internal stock movement, stock control, and warehouse operations
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring cleanliness of the warehouse and delivery vehicles

About You

The successful candidate will ideally bring:

• A current MR or LR licence, or a willingness to upgrade to MR
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, as you’ll represent the business on the road
• A high level of physical fitness to manage manual handling in both factory and delivery settings
• A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to shift between warehouse duties and full-day driving runs
• Experience in both delivery driving and warehouse operations, with confidence in a true 50/50 role
• A team-oriented work ethic, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a supportive crew
