The dealership is currently undergoing renovations to enhance its offerings, which include new and used vehicles, finance and insurance services, vehicle servicing, and a comprehensive range of parts and accessories.
About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager due to the transition to retirement of a long-standing employee. In this role, you will be integral to the success of vehicle sales departments by fostering relationships with customers and providing tailored finance and insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with customers to understand their financial needs
- Recommending suitable finance and insurance products based on individual circumstances
- Preparing and submitting finance applications
- Collaborating with financiers and insurance providers to secure optimal outcomes for customers
- Preparing and submitting insurance contracts
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with financiers and insurance providers
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Achieving set performance targets
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager or Business Manager within the automotive industry
- A proven track record of achieving financial targets
- Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and computer skills
