About The Opportunity
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a hands-on role from crafting menus with the Head Chef to managing inventory and kitchen operations, your creativity and leadership will help shape a refreshed bistro experience.
You’ll take the lead on:

Menu development using fresh, local produce

Inventory control and supplier coordination

Daily prep and smooth dinner service

Maintaining kitchen standards and mentoring junior staff

About You
You’re a Chef with at least 3 years of hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for flavours that tell a story. You’re not just passionate about cooking — you live for it.
