Our client is a well-established and modern health practice located in Springwood. They provide a comprehensive suite of services including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Pilates and Acupuncture. With a strong reputation and a loyal client base, they are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join their supportive and collaborative team.

While the role is open to recent graduates, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience. The organisation offers a highly structured and supportive New Graduate Physiotherapist Program, tailored for those commencing their professional journey.

About The Opportunity

This full-time position offers a diverse caseload across a broad demographic, presenting an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a private practice environment while contributing meaningfully to patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Reporting directly to the Principal Physiotherapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Contributing positively to team culture and client engagement.
• Developing and implementing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Facilitating Pilates-based rehabilitation classes (comprehensive training provided).
• Delivering high-quality, patient-centred care with professional communication and empathy.
• Conducting assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment for a range of musculoskeletal conditions.

The role requires availability for a Saturday morning shift, which is essential.

About You

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current AHPRA registration & a recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
• A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a private practice or equivalent setting is preferred.
