Operating from a purpose-built facility in Arundel, the team works across all makes and models of caravans — handling everything from accident repairs and insurance work to upgrades and accessories. About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to perform a wide range of caravan repairs and upgrade tasks to a high professional standard while maintaining safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Operations and Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose and repair caravan electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical faults
- Service axles, brakes, bearings, suspension, and repair leaks
- Fit and replace fixtures such as awnings, windows, doors, hatches, and solar panels
- Perform body repairs, recladding, refinishing, and upgrade installations (e.g. 12V systems, appliances)
- Work from job cards, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a trade or workshop (caravan, automotive, fabrication, or mechanical preferred)
- Forklift and/or QLD driver’s licence desirable; trade qualification advantageous
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confident with hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
