About The Opportunity
They are currently seeking an experienced Aluminium Windows and Doors Installer/Glazier to join their dynamic installation and glazing team. In this key role, you will report to the team leader and company managers and be responsible for delivering exceptional glass and glazing services to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean, safe and professional worksite at all times
- Interpreting blueprints, site plans and production tickets to ensure accuracy
- Measuring, cutting and safely removing damaged glass prior to replacement
- Removing existing frames and fitting new, pre-fabricated aluminium systems
- Keeping your vehicle, tools and materials well-organised and ready for each job
- Installing aluminium window and door frames, including site-glazing and flyscreens
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- A current Manual Driver’s Licence, White Card and your own tools
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial and/or residential glazing
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proven experience installing and fabricating aluminium windows, doors and security screens
