About The Opportunity
As a Customer Support Specialist – Spare Parts, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to all customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide timely, accurate support on parts inquiries, quotes, orders, and availability.
- Process customer orders for replacement and spare parts accurately.
- Resolve issues with defective parts, returns, backorders, and shipping.
- Maintain detailed records of orders and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with staff on inventory, sales support, and daily operations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through strong service and sales.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with accurate info and quick resolutions.
- Process orders efficiently to support smooth operations.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven customer service excellence, providing prompt and helpful support.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and driving sales growth.
- Strong communication; follows instructions and collaborates well with teams.
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Analytical skills to resolve client technical issues.
- Experience with ERP tools (Salesforce, Infor) and MS Office reporting.
