About The Opportunity

As a Leading Hand your responsibilities will include:

• Completing full re-roofing projects with efficiency and precision
• Using or learning job management software for task coordination
• Conducting re-guttering, gutter cleaning, and general roofing services
• Applying expertise to both residential and commercial roofing projects
• Training and mentoring junior team members with clear communication
• Installing insulated panel roof systems, cladding, and solar power systems

This casual position offers $55–$65 per hour based on experience, with a standard rate of $60 per hour, a fuel card, and the potential to transition into a full-time role with a company vehicle after probation.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in roofing with outstanding re-roofing capabilities
• Ability to train junior team members while maintaining strong communication
• Experience with or willingness to learn job management software
• Excellent customer service and professional presentation
• Working height certification and a valid White Card
• Strong physical fitness and high attention to detail
