About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, oversee and deliver projects efficiently while guiding Field Staff and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading plumbing and drainage projects from start to finish
• Motivating teams and fostering a collaborative environment
• Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and project documentation
• Monitoring schedules, budgets, and compliance to WHSE standards
• Communicating with clients and internal teams to meet project milestones

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Certificate IV in Plumbing
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams
• Strong background in both drainage and plumbing
• A strong desire to progress into a senior management position
• Proven experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects
