About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and professional Business Development Manager to play a key role in the company’s growth across the Waikato region. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for real estate, sales and a strong understanding of the local property market.

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with landlords, developers, and investors
  • Developing and executing strategic growth plans
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Promoting the company’s services through networking and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with the property management team for seamless client onboarding
  • Conducting market research to spot trends and opportunities
  • Representing the company at industry events and professional functions
  • Managing CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and conversions

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or property management
  • Strong understanding of the Waikato property market and regional trends
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A high level of organisation with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
