With their head office based in Tasmania and our manufacturing facility and warehouse located in Campbellfield, They are dedicated to fostering an efficient, supportive, and growth-oriented environment for their employees.
About The Opportunity
The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Packing orders and booking freight
- Providing direction and guidance to warehouse staff
- Proficient use of the ERP system to schedule orders
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and accurate stock control
- Meeting attendance requirements and working without constant supervision
- Ensuring maintenance and servicing of all machinery and equipment as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid forklift licence or relevant experience
- Strong organisational skills and the capability to meet deadlines
- The ability to establish clear and constant lines of communication
- Experience in handling people and working collaboratively with others
- Reasonable computer proficiency, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A lean mindset with experience in Lean Management for process improvement
