About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating deliveries and ensuring all components are on-site and ready before vehicle arrival
• Managing and maintaining parts and labour matrices to identify margin improvement opportunities
• Converting detailed inspections and diagnostics into precise, profitable quotes under time pressure
• Sourcing OEM and quality aftermarket parts while striking the ideal balance between cost and quality
• Collaborating closely with technicians and service advisors to streamline scope, avoid errors, and ensure customer satisfaction

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

• Previous experience in estimating or parts interpreting, or be a qualified mechanic ready to move off the tools
• A solid grasp of vehicle systems, workshop operations, and repair timelines across light and heavy vehicles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and professionally
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of sourcing competitively priced parts
• Proficiency in using workshop management and estimating software
