About The Opportunity

This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take charge, lead from the front, and own the delivery of top-tier residential roofing projects.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll take the reins on-site, coordinating teams, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard, safely, efficiently, and with pride.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee job sequencing, safety, and quality control

• Lead and supervise roofing crews across multiple sites

• Represent company values and set the standard on-site

• Maintain daily site operations and ensure deadlines are met

• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and stakeholders

• Take ownership of on-site troubleshooting and smooth project delivery

About You

You’re confident on the tools but also know how to lead. You enjoy working in a high-performing environment where your contribution matters, and you’re not afraid to step up and take charge.

You’ll Bring:

• A current driver’s licence and White Card
• Solid hands-on experience in metal roofing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and site management capabilities
• Physically fit with a sharp eye for detail and workmanship
• Working at Heights and high-risk licences (advantageous)
• A sound understanding of roofing systems, flashings, and installs
