About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team on-site and independently manage the delivery of residential roof replacement projects from start to finish.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising roofing crews on-site
• Managing safety, quality control and job sequencing
• Ensuring alignment with company values and standards
• Problem-solving on-site challenges and maintaining workflow
• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in metal roofing
• A current driver's licence and White Card
• Ability to manage project delivery independently
• Working at Heights and high-risk licences (preferred)
• Leadership or team-supervision experience in the field
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual roofing tasks
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A strong understanding of roofing systems, flashings, and installation methods
