About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers at reception and manage incoming calls
- General administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation
- Book service appointments and manage workshop schedules
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Keep vehicle and customer records updated and accurate
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the same or a similar role
- Strong communication and confident phone manner
- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Friendly, helpful attitude and a focus on customer service
