About The Opportunity

As an Industrial Spray Painter, you will play a vital role in preparing and painting metal conveyor components and other steel work to precise specifications. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Taking responsibility for all surface preparation to ensure surfaces are ready for painting
• Maintaining the spray booth and spray painting equipment through regular maintenance
• Scheduling your workload based on priorities communicated by the Production Manager
• Applying high-quality coatings to new, industry-leading equipment
• Working across other roles in the production workshop as necessary

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Paint agricultural and industrial equipment using 2-pack, etch primer, high build epoxy, single pack enamel systems.
• Strong expertise in surface preparation with precision in meeting paint specifications and high attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of spray painting equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Works independently with a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality.

You will also have:

• A Manual Driver's License
• A Forklift License (desirable)
