About The Opportunity

KIN Finance is on the lookout for an experienced, motivated, and values-driven Mortgage Broker to join our growing team in Collingwood.

This is a commission-only role, perfect for a broker who thrives on results, wants access to warm leads, and is ready to be backed by a team of high-performing property and finance professionals.

You’ll guide clients through the lending process, understand their needs, and deliver tailored mortgage solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

• Assessing client finances & recommending the right loan options
• Negotiating with lenders to secure the best outcomes
• Managing applications from submission to settlement
• Building lasting relationships with clients & referral partners
• Ensuring compliance and attention to detail in every transaction

About You

Are you someone who’s:

• Experienced in mortgage broking or recently completed a Finance & Mortgage Broking Diploma
• Driven, detail-focused, and goal-oriented
• Great at communication & building rapport
• Tech savvy with aggregator platforms and Microsoft Office
• MFAA/FBAA membership & Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willing to obtain)
