About The Opportunity
This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm—leaving your evenings and weekends free! You’ll work closely with the owner and chef, supporting day-to-day cafe operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the chef as needed
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee
- Helping with sandwich making and light food prep
- Supporting general cafe operations and cleanliness
- Providing friendly and efficient front-of-house service
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A super friendly and personable attitude
- Great communication and customer service skills
- A car is not required, but having one is advantageous
- A team-first mindset and the ability to work independently
- 2+ years' experience as a barista in a busy cafe setting
- A strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
