About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies from planning through to reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to craft go-to-market plans, contribute to proposals, and support new business pitches.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including audience segmentation, creative briefing, setup, testing, QA, optimisation, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, strategy updates, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with accurate billing.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience across a broad digital marketing mix, either agency-side or client-side.
- A strategic mindset coupled with hands-on execution skills; you can develop plans and implement them effectively.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Dotdigital, GA4, and project management tools like Monday.com.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas in a warm and engaging manner.
- A respect for established processes while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when needed.
- A collaborative spirit, with the confidence to take ownership of projects without requiring constant guidance.
