What You'll Be Up To
In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our customers, acting as a vital link between them and our warehouse operations. Here’s a peek at what your typical day might look like:
- Providing excellent customer service through email, online chats, and phone calls
- Performing data entry tasks, including order keying, adjustments, and transfers
- Supporting our amazing Sales and Accounts Receivable teams
- Keeping our despatch records organised and up to date
- Helping out with basic administration tasks like filing
- Jumping in to support the warehouse during busy times with picking and packing orders
Who You Are
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys working with others. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Team player who also works well independently
- Follows processes while suggesting improvements
- Manages time effectively and handles multiple priorities
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Wholesale experience is highly regarded
